Everything was thoroughly explained to me
Very caring and did not seem rushed
Dr. Shelton was super friendly, had wonderful bedside manner, was reassuring and took time to listen to my concerns. Validated my feelings and made me feel like I wasn't a bother. He was educational and even explained various options available to me.

I just wish I had come to MNGI sooner. It's hard to know when to leave you family practice clinic and go to a specialty clinic. They did refer me, just wish they had done it or I had taken action years ago. Now I know so much more about my condition and how to safely treat it.
