I did not feel listened to or understood. There were many times I was trying to tell the provider about something and he would cut me off. I did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I felt very dismissed. I left without any answers and feeling worse about things than when I came in.
GOOD experience. Discussed reading of MRI results & implications & results of MRI. Also discussed another problem which was NOT scheduled to be addressed.
Good experience - My husband was with me for the appointment because my memory the greatest. I did understand our game plan. She answered both my husband's questions & mine. Took her TIME.
Good experience - explaining answers questions.
I wish I had been advised that I needed an appointment with the clinic regarding tests before I left my appointment, so I would not have to drive back for an appointment three days later.
We did not discuss when I should be seen again. I am assuming 1 year if I don't encounter any issues? I am completely satisfied with the answers to my questions, which included medication and condition management in the short term.
Dr. Rudolph was very attentive to my questions, explained everything in an understandable way, took the time to allow lots of questions about my new meds, was sensitive to my concerns, and was even early to the appointment. I think very highly of his expertise and patient-centric mindset.
One of the recommendations from Dr. Rudolph was to insert a device that would track my ph and acid levels; I found out after the scheduler called me that this device had substances to which I had allergies (nickel) and I wish this had been better described by the doctor at the time of my visit so I could talk through concerns.
Horrible!! He had no idea what he was doing! He stumbled over his own words. Told him about my heart burn & the need to take a pill a day. Wanted to put me on meds but couldn't take any other pills with it for a month. No suggestions about my heart burn meds. Who does that?
The doctor was out standing in all aspects of the appointment.
