The person who handed me my appointment summary papers before I left explained that I would be getting information via email, and that the schedulers would be calling to schedule a series of appointments. It was helpful to have it all wrapped up one last time.
Wonderful doctor - listened very sincerely.
A better job could have been done explaining the medications effect on each other & reasons. Pepto Bismol was prescribed but antibiotic info said it could effect how antibiotic worked. I should have received an explanation of why it was necessary & that positive results outweighed negative results - It took a message & visit to pharmacy to figure out.

I am very concerned about the diagnosis and my health. Obviously he and his office do not care.
I like it when the details of care plan are written down. He did write down most of the care plan but I know he said other things he wanted me to do like call or check in if... But I had a concussion 6 years ago so my memory isn't the greatest for specific details like that.
