*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I was able to schedule an associated appointment and a follow up appointment right after my time at MNGI.
Only feedback I have is your portal seems old/outdated. For as large as MNGI is, it would be ideal if you were on Epic/Excellian.
My fears of problems were put to rest
I felt it was a good visit and will help me to be as healthy as I can be.
I said fair to the one question because I really hate that I am constantly told that some test I'm going to have will likely be charged back to me when I have very expensive medical insurance. I also don't like having my procedure start at your clinic but then to have to go somewhere else for example, for a follow-up x-ray. That is really inconvenient. The truth is you're the only digestive game in town so I have to come
The nurse was very pleasant and efficient and did an excellent job of keeping me apprised of the delays. I was confused when the lab tech introduced herself as being in charge of my discharge. I thought they had forgotten about the blood draw.
Care plan is well explained and I really like getting a handout with the care plan listed.
